The end of a beloved series brings a variety of emotions. I’ve became so immersed in the world of Firelight I hated for it to end ! Firelight is the story of Jacinda a young woman living a secret life, she is a Draki a dragon able to take human form. If you haven't read this wonderful series I highly suggest it. Now back to series ending. Though a lot of the main themes of the book were tied up  in the final book I found myself so attached to the supporting cast and wondering about what the future held for them. In Breathless we get an insight into one of the characters, Jacinda’s best friend Az who is a water Draki. Az is on a summer vacation with her family in preparation for her upcoming year abroad where she will live on her own in the human world.

It’s a typical summer vacation in a rented house by the lake. Yet Az’s parents are understandably nervous living amongst humans. They are hyper vigilant of  Az, barely letting her leave the house. Yet Az still is able to enjoy her time in the water until an unexpected rescue brings Az to the attention of Tate a handsome human boy. As the pair become closer to each other Az’s secret stands between them and if her secret is revealed it can bring danger to her self and her family.

This story works as both a gift to fans and a intro to the world of the Draki for new readers. Really sweet romance and a very satisfying ending.

Right now it looks like Wordpress is the preferred
blogging platform out there right now. (from what I've read) Is that what you are using on your blog?
