July Goals

I want to update my workouts more consistently
Walk 4 days a week
Do My Yogaworks videos 3 or more times a week



June Final Update

I met my Yoga goals! However Walking was only about 2x a week
Walk 5Days a week and do yoga 2x a Week



May Goals

I met most of my goals, but didn't do as much yoga as I wanted :)
Do Cardio or walks 5 Days a Week
Keep up with Yoga Practice


May 9th Check in:
I’ve  done 6 workouts in 9 days for a total of 41/2 hours
I also did one 1 hour Pilates session

April Goals
Walk/Gym Workouts 5 Days a Week
Yoga Once a Week
Count Calories
Do a 3 Day or 7 Day Cleanse

I met most of my goals on to May!
Week 3
4/15-4/21
So this week I really felt the effects of all the walking I’ve been doing! My hamstrings were on fire! so I took a few rest days and then went to a convention where I walked around a minimum of 10 hours in 4 days!
Total Time:
10 hours and 30 mins


Week 2
4/8-4/14
I did 5 cardio sessions for a total of 4 hours and 80 minutes
I took 2 rest days and a one hour yoga session
Week 1
4/1-4/7
I completed:
5 cardio sessions totaling 3 hours and 20 minutes
1 Pilates session( 60 mins)
1 rest day




Week 4
4/22- 4/30

Another blog walker that also does Yoga...yay!!! Looks like you are doing well with your goals!!!I have yet to do a pilates class...might have to check one out someday!
