Review: Judge Dredd Volume 3 by Duane Swierczynski & Various
In this volume we get to see the creators version of The Cursed Earth, one of the most popular story arcs from 2000AD. Dredd is searching the Cursed Earth for the kidnapped Mega City one residents for the last story arc. The harsh desert takes its toll on Dredd . so much so that he falls victim to a mutant gang building a twisted amusement park in the middle of the Cursed Earth. Dredd kicks a lot of mutant but in this volume and the psycho circus theme was really cool.
Another solid story arc though Dredd doesn't get far with his kidnapping case, readers get a taste of the creepy lawlessness outside the mega cities.
I’m really enjoying this series. On to volume 4!
