Happy New Year!! I’ve been a workout slacker ! This year however I’ve added Fit Reader Goals to my:
I want to continue doing Cardio at least three times a week & Do yoga twice a week. I’m also challenging my self to do some more core work every day in April. Hope you all did great this month.
March Wrap Up
I met all my cardio and yoga goals and logged in consistently on the Lose It app for the whole month!
I want to continue to do cardio at least 3 times a week. Do Yoga twice a week and continue to use the Lose It app.
February Wrap Up
I’ve met all my cardio and Yoga goals for the month and I’ve lost over 11 pounds with exercise and calorie counting with the Lose It App.
I also joined the lose it app and have been updating my info regularly and I have only been over calories twice in the past 2 weeks.
Keeping them doable again!
