Explore your Geeky Side At LA Times Festival Of Books

LA Times Festival Of Books is this weekend! I'm so excited!! This event takes over the USC campus and spotlights all genres of fiction, Poetry, Music, Food and Culture.
This year there are some really great guests and events for all manners of fangirls and fanboys.

For The Comic Book Fan

One of the Founding Fathers of Comics Stan Lee  is appearing on the main stage of the festival Saturday and he is also doing a book signing for those who purchase his new book. With Lee's autographs normally going for a $100.00 t0 $150.00 each this is a great deal.

DC Comics has a booth at the event , so its a great opportunity to pick up some comics from them and possibly meet some creators.

Scholastic produces some of the best all ages graphic novels Like Space Girl Zita, Drama and Cleopatra In Space.

YA Fans

Not only does the Festival have a YA stage there are also ticketed conversations with authors like Cassandra Clare, Zac Brewer and Marie Liu:

And if you are fascinated by science and the universe, Astronaut Buzz Aldrin is doing a lecture and book signing!!!

There are also a seris of book themed events after the festival in the evening:
