Fall Pleasures: Apples



There is something about Fall that makes apples so much more appealing. Maybe its the combination of Apples and Cinnamon that make you think of the holiday season.
Research is also showing that Apples continue to be a healthy indulgence. US Apple Association reports that Apples are good for bone health, immunity, a fiber powerhouse and good for your gut.
