Self Care Week : Stretch !




Years ago before I was a Massage Therapist I worked in an insurance office and became injured from computer work. I was fortunate to only have an overuse injury and after a long rehab I got better. However whenever I do blogging events, or have extended stress, I feel my forearms, neck and shoulders tighten.

A consistent stretch routine can help with muscle tightness and tension.
