The MC (Suze) thinks that sometimes, they need a little push.<br /><br />Jesse: The ghost who lives in Suze's room. He's Spanish, has a six pack, is definitely a love interest, and helps out with his super-ghostly powers when Suze is in trouble (with the cryptic explanation 'you called me').<br /><br />Spike: The demon cat that Suze rescued from a field because a little ghost boy couldn't move on til he was safe. Unlike all other animals, he's quite content to be around Jesse-the-ghost. Although Lucy is one of the MC's in the first book, she is a sidekick to the Vampire Princess and in the second book she only has a paragraph or two of lines. But all of them combined? Worth it. I love her, she makes me laugh and she's so genuine.
