This issue has a solid story about Anakin struggling with taking innocent lives vs protecting his Clone unit. In typical Anakin fashion he takes off on his own to find a third path and uncovers a separatist trap.
What I loved best about this issue however was the art! The emotional range the art team captures in this book is stunning. From Anakin's youthful joy in the cockpit of his starfighter to a flash of the darkness that lies below the surface when he is triggered by injustice. The art deftly captures the two sides of Anakin: Hero of The Republic and Tragic Fallen Jedi.

This was soooo much fun! The first story by Delilah Dawson & Derek Charm is a treasure hunt starring Padme and Jar Jar Binks. I really was surprised how much I enjoyed this team up! Padme as ever doesn't disappoint but I actually enjoyed Jar Jar's role as well.
The second story continues the Flight of The Falcon story ad Bazine gets closer to unraveling the story of how the Falcon slipped out of the hands of Han Solo. It's a really solid story and I'm looking forward to seeing how it concludes in the Flight of The Falcon special later this month.
