It's time to enter the Age of Rebellion ! I really loved Jody Houser's work on the Age of Republic and Greg Pak continues the next phase of the series with some really solid stories that connect smoothly with all areas of canon.
Lando is prominent and his and Leia's one-shot stores. In the Lando issue we see the trials of administrative life before the Empire takes over. In Leia's story we see the duo on a mission before the rescue of Han from Jabba. I loved the art on these and was impressed that the events in the story are in alignment with Leia's Forces of Destiny short.
Ah! My guys! I have so much love for both of these characters! Han's story show us all the little steps that lead him to keep working for the Rebellion though he denies it every step of the way, and Boba's story spotlights his bounty hunting skills with a nice western vibe.

Baddies being Bad are the themes in these stories. I really loved how elements from the Tarkin novel made it into this story.

We also continue to get character essay's in each issue by Glenn Greenberg and Bria La Vorgna Hope you check these out! They are fantastic!

The Galaxy's Edge comics are an engaging expression of telling stories in a unified galaxy. Not only does the series explore areas that Star Wars fans can walk through themselves at the end of May but it also folds in stories of some fan favorite characters.
So of course the first issue showcases smuggler Han Solo! Han is on a job for Dok Ondar that involves getting a baby sarlacc. It's Han so of course the job goes in an unexpected direction. I loved this story and the art is fantastic
In this second issue we not only get a flashback to events that occurred during the Clone Wars but also a spotlight on the bounty hunter Greedo and an appearance by Jabba the Hutt . Another solid issue , I'm excited for the next issue.
