Holiday Self Care 1: Self Care Tips With Flow

As we enter the Holiday season next week, we also can enter a time of stress. Women especially take on additional burdens trying to create the "perfect" holiday experience for their family and friends. Those of us struggling with mental imbalances also struggle during the season. So over the next few days I want to share some tips from some of my favorite resources.   Flow  magazine and website has had a very positive effect on my life. Since it's a European magazine the prices in the USA for regular issues is a bit high but thankfully they have some very reasonably priced books on mindfulness and paper crafts.

Funko Journey's : Peppermint Lane

Funko and Holiday's have become a tradition over the past few years. I was so excited to see this original set from Funko just in time for the Holiday's. Peppermint lane is a collection of individual pops and Pop houses. This is Frosty Franklin and the Peppermint Lane Post office. This is such a nice set and the windows light up!


Here are the individual Pops for Peppermint Lane. I picked up the gorgeous Mrs. Santa Claus but I'm having a hard time finding Santa! Randy and Bob are on order from Box Lunch and I'm getting the Mayor with her own Pop House.
