My Yoga 4: Top 5 Things Daily Yoga Gives Me


It's been four weeks and I've already noticed some really good results from daily yoga:
ZZZZZ! My sleep has been so much better since I started doing yoga every day. Strangely I get sleepier much earlier, especially if I do a night time routine
Posture Perfect : I feel taller! Even when I'm not consciously trying to stand straight.
Open Chest: My shoulders and chest feel very open and relaxed.
Kinder Heart : I notice a direct correlation between my patience levels and the amount of yoga I practice. Feeling really mellow.
Weekly Goal : 7 days of Yoga = Goal met!!
