Book Blog Walkers February Update 1








Hi everyone! this is a little late but Her are my results so far:



I started strong! I was seven for seven with a combo of Exercise Bike, Treadmill and video workouts.

8th- 14th

This was a rocky week. I wasn't feeling well so my workouts suffered I did 4 of 7 days all at the gym!

I’m planning to finish strong. I've been doing hour workouts since the 14th in order to make up some miles.\
