In Reflected we see Silver and Andrew in the next phase of their journey. They are now Alpha’s of the Roanoke Pact. this evolution bring a huge responsibility and causes the mates to be separated in the course of their duties. Silver rises to the challenge and spends her days engrossed in the day to day running of the packs. Then trouble comes from abroad and silver must fight for her life and to protect her pack.
Everything I enjoyed about Silver in previous books is still present in this novel but I found some of what I loved about the series muted by the extra characters and pack politics. It is fascinating seeing the larger world of the pacts but I felt that it affected the overall focus of the series. Still a solid enjoyable read. Held has really made me a fan of the shifter genre again.
