12 Days Animals Of The Solstice: The Animal’s Santa by Jan Brett
Another Brett classic! In this story Big Snowshoe is telling Little Snow about the gifts that Santa will bring them this year. Little Snow is a little skeptical. He wonders who the Animals Santa is and how he (or she) get all the gifts to everyone. Like most of Brett’s books the action in the border’s of the book tell a second story as readers see who is responsible for making the gifts .
As Little Snow hears more and more stories about Santa he begins to believe, and then witnesses first hand who is Santa’s representative for the Animal kingdom. I loved this book so much. It’s sweet and beautiful!
