I recently got the Fifth and what I thought was final book in the series and then I saw this book advertised: 

Book Six! Here is my review of Book 1, and a little teaser of book two Last Dance

 which has Sabine's first encounter with a Ghost :

The Seer is about 17 year old Sabine Rose. She is a gifted psychic, but after being thrown out of her last school she moves in with her grandmother Nona and pretends she has lost her Gift. She seems to be fitting in at school : hanging with her boyfriend Josh and her new best friend Penny. She is even writing a column for the school newspaper under the guise of Mystic Manny. Then the dreams start. She dreams about a girl with a dragonfly tattoo. She is also having conflicting feelings about lying to her grandmother and her grandmothers new border Dominic. As she gets more drawn into deciphering the strange warning of her dreams she meets a new friend named Thorn who has a special gift of her own. She also decides to embrace her heritage and learn to use her Gift through training with Nona and Dominic. Her grandmother also introduces her to a starling secret about her family heritage and a quest begins to find a cure for Nona.

Book Two : Last Dance shows a new aspect of Sabine's powers as she begins to dream about a young dancing girl. Through a series of events she gets tied up in a mystery about a local ghost while finding an important clue towards her grandmothers cure. Another great book in the series.
