On my wishlist is hosted by the lovely BOOK CHICK CITY

I'm on my way to my local comic shop for free comic book day! An international celebration where retailers provide free comics and other goodies. To find out if its in your area check HERE I thought today I'd list some graphic novels I'm wishing for:

  

Finder is an amazing graphic novel series by Carla Speed McNeil. It's a futuristic examination of characters in a world where status equals power and life. Carla is a wonderful artist and writer. This series is a definite crossover read for fans of science fiction and character driven stories.

   

 Another talented female with amazing crossover potential. These story books are suitable for all ages. They chronicle the exploits of the Sandman family: Desire, Despair, Delirium, Death, Destruction, Destiny and Dream. The Sandman series is a classic, Jill has taken these characters and made them accessible to a younger audience with her amazing art and sweet stories.
