My Yoga 3: Small Steps



I love discovering books that connect with the mood I'm in or my goals. I was excited to find this book and will be using it all next week for my practice. Once again I met my goal for daily yoga! I've adjusted my expectations a bit though. Life has begun to intrude, and Ive discovered that even if I just do one pose it counts. Taking the time for myself every day is a gift and the more I make it a routine the better it is for my body and my goal :)
Goal: 7 days
practiced: 7 days! goal attained!
