REVIEW: Gone To Ground by Brandilyn Collins
Gone to Ground has an intriguing concept.Told through the voices of three women who each think they have a killer in their life. Cherrie Mae , Tully and Deena have interesting narrative voices. I did find some of the dialogue a bit stereotypical at times but over all the characters were relatable.
I enjoyed the location, the gossipy small town atmosphere but sometimes it seemed to fall into the same trap of stereotypical patterns as some of the characters.
I was a little intrigued by the murder mystery, but overall I felt like I was plodding through the narrative. I like the characters more in the chapters where they blended together. A little twist in the ending but overall just an ok read for me.
