MY YOGA WEEK 5: Yoga In Unexpected Places
I've been doing well with my daily Yoga practice. its become a default for me. However with summer coming and some well deserved vacations I was starting to wonder how I could keep it up. I plan on bringing a few yoga blankets with me and know enough to do a lot of poses but I really enjoy a class.
Recently I found out that both of my trips are going to have yoga opportunities!
ALA Anaheim is actually having a Yogafit class Sunday morning. Along with a great class each participant gets a goody bag with a free yoga mat ! Looking forward to this!
The Same week as SDCC Yoga Journal is having a conference a few hundred feet away from the convention! There is a great yoga shopping bazaar and free yoga/meditation classes. Since I only have two days tickets for SDCC I will definitely be stopping by the conference :)
