Review: Nexus by Ramez Naam

Nexus is a book rooted in scientific possibility. Now then any other time in human history connecting to others through technology is growing every day. In his book Naam creates a world where a nano- drug can link humans together in the ultimate way: mind to mind.
There are some really great concepts in this book but for me the science was more enjoyable than the human characters. Some of the emotions and drives behind the characters actions failed to connect with me. I did enjoy the international scope of the story and the exploration of the human brain and consciousness.
A different reader might connect with the book more but for me overall it was a just okay read.
