Review: 100 Ghosts by Doogie Horner
PUBLISHER:
I received a complimentary copy of this book in exchange for sharing my thoughts at Fiction State Of Mind
A ghost by any other name still retains it ghostliness :) This book is a humorous and often cute exploration of the many shades of ghostdom. From eye charts to one half of everyone's favorite droids ( R2D2), Horner uses his artistic skills to portray ghosts in ways you couldn't imagine. I have spent the past couple of days revisiting the hilarious ghost versions of The Fantastic Four and Grumpy Cat. I really loved the brief interlude I had with this book. It is a quick read but brings many chuckles and entertainment to the reader. It’s also a fun book to leave on your coffee table to share with friends.
I’m already planning a wonderful Halloween goodie basket that this book will be the center of :) I really love that Quirk routinely publishes fun books like this as a lover of spooky and pop culture goodies a new release from Quirk routinely makes my buy list.
