Felicia started this challenge based on the Leslie Sansone thirty day walking challenge. The goal is to walk 30 minutes a day for thirty days. I do really well with accountability so I’m loving this challenge. Look for twitter update with the hashtag #BookBlogWalkers.
I’ve decided to add this yoga program to my challenge as well. I’ve been meaning to be more consistent with my Yoga. I will be updating this post weekly :)
