Sunday Share 18: Winter Clean Up, Reading Life and 2013 Challenge Results

Happy Sunday! As we edge towards the New Year I’m in the midst of my yearly clean up. It’s a habit I picked up from my mom growing up and it always feels wonderful to pull things out from the depths of closets and drawers its like uncovering hidden treasures. I also will do a run through of my books and see if their are any that I want to donate and also stack them by reading priority. I’ll be posting more on this later but I decided this year to make a list of all the comics and collectibles and my graphic noels. This will be really helpful when I’m shopping at conventions this summer. I will also be making a back up list on my computer.

Reading LIfe

I’ve had one of those weeks where my reading was really off but that’s mostly due to the holiday and the large amounts of binge TV and movie watching I engaged in. My favorite read of the week was this one:

This is such an amazing read! It captures everything I love about comic books with the action and adventure of a YA thriller.

Reading Challenges Wrap Up

I kept it light with my reading challenges this year and managed to complete them all:

I read 397 books this year according to goodreads. A lot of them were novellas, graphic novels and manga but despite that I did well over a hundred. Yay Me!
