Strange Journeys:Batman: Through The Looking Glass by Jones & Keith
This is one trippy and very enjoyable ride. Jones and Keith guide the readers through some amazing scenery and story tropes all tied to the theme of Alice in Wonderland. After appearing at a charity function Bruce Wayne is experiencing some strange visions, including a white Rabbit and a young girl named Celia who died years ago.
Despite his drugged state Batman starts to follow the clues to a string of murders, all prominent men present at the dinner. I love Keith’s art! The muscled visages of Batman & Robin and the crazy twisty renditions of characters from the Alice books.
A great read that showcases Bruce’s ability to focus his mind in difficult situations. A must read!
