Happy Sunday! This week was a little off for me. I found out a very important Mentor in my life passed away and  I’ve been struggling to get things done. Add in some really hot weather her in Sunny California and it equals a little imbalance. I’m happy to be continuing with my workout and calorie goals and I crawled into some really great books this week for solace:
