Middle Grade Summer: Reading List

I loved summertime reading when I was a kid. No school meant countless hours available for reading. I enjoyed taking the suggested summer reading list and crossing off as many books as I could. 
This summer I want to capture that feeling again by reading some middle grade series. Here are the ones I've chosen so far:
