Living in Southern California makes it hard to fully feel the change of seasons. I was really excited to find this book because it is a monthly primer on living healthily through the seasons. Every month Judith shares the best activities for the month as well as a list of herbs that will aid in your physical and emotional health.
For the remainder of the years the themes are about Rest, Visioning and Illumination. There are also some great recipes in this book for joint health and boosting your immune system.
This book is a great companion for self care and there are even directions for items that make great holiday gifts.
