SI FI Month Review: Star Wars Forces of Destiny Volume 1 & 2

Forces of Destiny has become an animated success and a popular toy line. I picked up volume 1& 2 of this series to support the franchise.  These volumes are written recaps with wrap around content featuring Maz Kanada. Each chapter is 7 to 8 pages which makes it easy for young readers and perfect for family readalongs. The stories aren't just repeats of the animated shorts, there is also additional dialogue and descriptive dialogue about the various locations where the stories are set.  I'm so excited that there is a line celebrating the women of Star Wars! I plan on supporting all the tie in materials.
