Fortnight Of Romance Review : A Christmas Promise by Mary Balogh

Mary is the Queen of cozy Christmas romances. In this story a rich merchants daughter finds herself wed to a Lord with diminished financial resources. She is quickly wed and forgoes the usual mourning rites because of her Father's wish that she have a joyous Christmas.
Once her family descends upon her new husbands very reserved hunting holiday, the gifts of the season enfold their home and hearts as duty blooms into romance.
Such a beautiful read, I loved the character's and the seasonal touches.
