Review: Christmas Pleasures by Heather Hiestand

I really loved this novel. It combines the pleasures of a Holiday house party, matchmaking and some really steamy romance. There are a few rough spots with this story. I really hated the domineering manner the main characters Father treated her. He cares nothing for Victoria's wants, he want's her remarried with all haste and it must be a man willing to run her father's companies.

Victoria does have plans of her own however, she want's to have a lover for the holiday season and inventor Lewis Noble is her chosen partner. As the two become closer, Lewis chooses his freedom over being forced to relocate and both suffer from being unable to bend. 

I loved the characters and the romantic scenes, but I found the ending a little abrupt. Still overall a nice seasonal read.
