Review: DC Girl Power Brain Boosters

Downtown Bookworks continues their series of Female Lead Puzzle and Coloring books with this Brain Boosters volume. Though there ate some male guest stars in this book the focus is on the women in a series of crossword, word search, and visual puzzles, also some creative writing and coloring challenges.




The puzzles are a lot of fun and I like that they continue to add Bumblebee and Katana to the series which gives you a nice diverse line up of characters.

We are truly in the age where young girls and women are expressing their love for the superhero genre and this is the perfect book to feed that love. I'm way above the age range for this book but O'm having so much fun with it!
