Star Wars Comic A Day: Day 39: Aayla Secura One- Shot

Aayla is a fascinating Jedi that we only get glimpses of in the movies. In the EU Legends stories we learn about her brush with darkness and her deep connection with her former Master Quinlan Voss. At the start of this story Aayla is playing a recorded message from Quinlan who the order believes has defected to the Separatists.  Aayla longs to go to him but the Jedi convince her that she needs to stay focused on her current mission.    There are several interesting Jedi in this issue including two other women. We learn a lot about the different philosophies among the Jedi and several of them disagree with Aayla's deep connections with other Jedi.
A really solid story with great moments featuring Aayla and Aurra Sing.
