Since her introduction in the Princeless Raven has been a favorite of mine. The books cater to an older audience and beautifully shows relationships between Raven and her crew. Raven has been on a mission of vengeance since her brothers tricked her out of her inheritance. She has gathered a crew of women from different backgrounds all seeking independence and becoming their best selves. This volume shows several of these women's relationships as they get some much needed R&R and a Date Night. Raven and her girlfriend Ximena continue to be my favorite couple and the artistic team on this book excel at showcasing women of different sizes shapes and skin tones.
I found myself reflected in many of the characters (especially the book obsessed), this entire issue shows different types of dates and also quiet friendship moments between friends. This was a nice pause in the overall arc of the story to celebrate the relationships Raven and her crew have developed
