Today started really rough.I woke up feeling really lethargic so I immediately put some grapefruit oil in my infuser. Within 10 mins I felt a lot better. I have been using aromatherapy for over 20 years and it's really improved the quality of my life. 
                        Here are a few tips for adding aromatherapy into your life:
  1. Always do a skin test to make sure you aren't allergic to the oil.
  2. Using a spray bottle with distilled water and 20 -25 drops of essential oil is a good way to use scent as well. Also get a bed side atomizer that you can fill with water and aromatherapy.
  3. In the beginning go fro lower cost oils until you find a scent you like, then you can think of getting organic blends

     Here are a list of oils that are good to start your blending journey with:
  • Lavender 
  • Cedarwood
  • Eucalyptus
  • Lemon
  • Grapefruit
  • Jasmine
  • Ginger 
Hope you give Aromatherapy a try! You can also use a few drops with your foot massage and  inhale a few drops before practicing breathing exercises.
