- Always do a skin test to make sure you aren't allergic to the oil.
- Using a spray bottle with distilled water and 20 -25 drops of essential oil is a good way to use scent as well. Also get a bed side atomizer that you can fill with water and aromatherapy.
- In the beginning go fro lower cost oils until you find a scent you like, then you can think of getting organic blends
