7 Day Relaxation Challenge Day 5: Scream Therapy

This may sound a bit strange and you need the right conditions, but Screaming can be a huge tension reliever. Especially in these times when stress is on the rise for many. The best way to do this challenge is in your car. Initially do it by yourself but it can also be a fun exercise with lids to but bring the ear plugs.
When my Chiropractor first suggested this to me I was skeptical but the next morning I sat in my car, rolled up all the windows and SCREAMED! It was a huge release and I've been doing it once a week for the past two weeks. 
Give it a try and let me know how you felt after. Be considerate of your neighbors if you decide to do it at home.
