I have been reading a lot of Star Wars comics on my Comixology subscription and I was pleased to discover some great female characters. Here is one from the Purge series:

These women are fierce fighters and don't take any disrespect from their employers! i enjoyed seeing women in such fierce roles that fit perfectly with the expanded Star Wars stories.
GURI
Guri was a tool of Black Sun who thin went on a quest to deprogram herself from being an assassin. She was the lead character in Shadows of The Empire: Evolution.
I'm looking forward to discovering even more Legends ladies in future reads.
